Further study at university or TAFE is very different from high school. Students are required to be independent and there is less structure and less follow up from tutors.

This webinar will:

– Assist you to prepare students making this transition

– Provide advice on how to support students to succeed in tertiary studies

– Identify what students need to be aware of and expect in this learning environment

– Provide strategies for the students to assist and trouble shoot their transition

PRESENTER

Our program facilitator Gail Preston has over 30 years’ experience in special education as a classroom teacher, specialist teacher, principal, academic and educational consultant. Gail has spoken at local, national and international conferences on various topics within the special education and inclusive practice fields.
