This workshop will:

– Review what the research tells us

– Review ways to support the process of transition

– Identify further supports for students with additional learning needs

– Discuss academic and social success

This Professional Learning workshop has been specifically designed to help early childhood educators and early years educators in support of a successful transition to primary school.

PRESENTER

Our program facilitator Gail Preston has over 30 years’ experience in special education as a classroom teacher, specialist teacher, principal, academic and educational consultant. Gail has spoken at local, national and international conferences on various topics within the special education and inclusive practice fields.
