Pathological Demand Avoidance is a profile of symptoms associated with ASD and ADHD. PDA is best understood as an anxiety driven need to be in control and avoid other’s demands and expectations. As an emerging presentation, we as educators need to consider specific strategies to support children and adolescents.

This webinar will:

Our program facilitator Gail Preston has over 30 years’ experience in special education as a classroom teacher, specialist teacher, principal, academic and educational consultant. Gail has spoken at local, national and international conferences on various topics within the special education and inclusive practice fields.
