Managing Behaviours of Challenge in the OSHC program

Behaviours of challenge can be demonstrated by all children. Within the OSHC (Out of School Hours Care) program there can be several behaviours of challenge that we need to be aware of due to the presenting conditions of many children.

This webinar will:

– Discuss the conditions that can present behaviour challenges

– Review the OSHC environmental triggers

– Offer strategies to support children to self-manage within the OSHC program

AITSL requirements met:
1.5 Differentiate teaching to meet the specific learning needs of students across the full range of abilities
4.1 Support student participation
4.3 Manage challenging behaviours

This webinar has been developed for OSHC educators to assist you in understanding the behaviours of challenge experienced by the children attending your programs.

All registrations are per person and one certificate is issued per registration.
