Individual Leaning Plan – Writing, Implementing & Evaluating

DESCRIPTION

An Individual Learning Plan (ILP) is a fluid working document, designed by members of the Student Support Group. The ILP informs the planning, delivery and evaluation of a student’s educational program.

This webinar will:

– Identify what an ILP is and the purpose of the plan

– Discuss the key principles for developing a plan

– Review the SMART Goal process

– Provide strategies to support the process
